Behind the build.

The problem

A medical clinic was booking by phone call. Staff time went to scheduling instead of patients, and no-shows had no paper trail.

What I built

A 15-screen WhatsApp Flow backed by n8n. Meta requires RSA key exchange and AES-GCM payload encryption on every request, handled entirely in n8n so the clinic runs no server of its own. Deployed on Docker on a VPS.

The result

Passed Meta's health check and went live. Booking happens in the app patients already have open.
