Behind the build.

The problem

An electrical supplies retailer with over 6,000 products received hundreds of customer inquiries daily via WhatsApp with photos, vague descriptions, and custom quantities, causing massive response delays.

What I built

Autonomous WhatsApp Business Cloud agent powered by n8n, OpenAI GPT, and Supabase Postgres vector embeddings for semantic product matching. Parses customer text and wire photos, retrieves matching catalog SKUs within milliseconds, and directly executes automated WooCommerce order generation.

The result

Processes thousands of incoming inquiries automatically, eliminating manual catalog search overhead and creating verified WooCommerce orders directly inside WhatsApp chat.
