The problem

Three branches, shared stock, and custom perfume mixing, which means inventory that gets consumed into new products rather than just sold.

What I built

Next.js and NestJS on Prisma and PostgreSQL, multi-tenant from the schema up. POS-first interface built for cashiers rather than managers. Manufacturing and custom-mix flows for blending. Four AI agents covering the questions branch managers used to phone each other about. WebGL components in the UI.
